I had to talk my customer into having these on a menu. She said a reluctant OK and I ordered...what rave reviews. She called after it was all over and told me I was right, they were wonderful. Actually, I didn't know, this was my first time but I trusted the person over the phone's word. Sure enough, I booked two more events.
